Google & Meta Ads Management

Know exactly where your ad budget goes and what it brings back. We build campaigns, track conversions correctly, and optimize spend toward sales, not clicks.

How Do Paid Ads Work?

Paid advertising is paying a platform to reach the right person at the right moment. But the platform doesn't bring you customers — it brings whatever you told it to optimize for. Tell it "get clicks" and you get clicks; tell it "get form submissions" and you get leads.

That's why the heart of the work isn't the creative or the budget — it's measurement. If the conversion isn't defined correctly, even the best visual and the biggest budget go to waste, because the algorithm is aiming at the wrong target.

Budget Is Spent, Sales Don't Come

Clicks Exist, Leads Don't

The report shows thousands of clicks but the phone doesn't ring. Usually the ad is reaching the wrong audience or the landing page isn't convincing.

It's Unclear What's Working

Some months are good, some bad, but nobody knows why. Without tracking in place, you can't tell a good month from luck.

Leads Get Lost

The ads work, leads come in, but replies are slow and the customer cools off. The click you paid for turns into a loss instead of revenue.

What Do We Do in Ad Management?

Measurement Setup

GA4, Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking; enabling form, phone and WhatsApp actions. This comes first — the ads follow.

Campaign Setup

Account structure, campaign and ad group architecture, targeting, negative keywords and bid strategy selection.

Creative and Copy

Ad images, videos and copy. We test with comparable variants, not a single creative.

Optimization

Shifting budget toward the audience and creative that work, cutting what doesn't, and updating targeting and bids based on data.

Google or Meta?

They aren't rivals — they capture different intent. Where to start depends on your business.

Google Ads — Existing Demand

The person knows what they need and is searching for it. You show up at that moment. Intent is high, conversion is fast, competition and click cost are usually higher.

  • Search network campaigns
  • Performance Max
  • Remarketing

Meta Ads — Created Demand

The person isn't searching, but fits your profile. You create the demand. Reach is cheap, visual storytelling is powerful, persuasion takes longer.

  • Instagram & Facebook
  • Video and reels creatives
  • Lookalike and custom audiences

From Setup to Optimization

01

Analysis

Existing accounts, past spend and conversion data are reviewed to find where budget is being lost. This step is free.

02

Tracking & Setup

Conversion tracking is set up correctly; account structure and campaigns are rebuilt around your goal.

03

Test Period

Audience and creative variants are compared. The goal in the first weeks isn't profit — it's learning what works.

04

Scaling

Budget shifts toward what works, what doesn't gets cut. Reporting tracks business outcomes.

Ads Bring Leads, Then What?

The most expensive loss in advertising is replying to a lead late. Paying for a click and then answering the message hours later means throwing the budget straight in the trash. That's why we usually recommend pairing ad setup with automated lead handling.

What Determines the Management Fee?

Your ad budget goes straight to the platform; we don't touch it. The management fee is determined by:

01

Number of Platforms

Just Google, or Google + Meta managed together?

02

Campaign Complexity

A single campaign for one service, or a multi-product, multi-region structure?

03

Creative Needs

Do we produce the visuals and video, or do you? How many new variants per month?

04

Reporting Frequency

A monthly summary, or a detailed weekly review meeting?

Questions About Ad Management

What's the minimum budget needed for ads?
There's no fixed floor, but if the budget is too low the system can't gather enough data to learn and results become random. We usually start with a small test budget to find out which audience and message works, then shift spend toward what's working. We'll give you a realistic range for your industry after the analysis.
Google Ads or Meta Ads — which is better?
They capture different intent. Google Ads catches someone who already knows what they need and is searching for it; demand already exists, you just show up. Meta Ads reaches someone who isn't searching yet but fits your profile; you create the demand. If your service is searched for, start with Google; if it needs visual explanation, start with Meta.
When will I see results?
Traffic comes from day one, but meaningful results require the campaign to finish its learning phase, usually 2-4 weeks. The goal in the first weeks isn't profit — it's finding out which audience and creative works. Skipping this period and judging too early is the most common mistake.
How is the agency fee calculated?
The management fee is separate from your ad budget; the budget goes straight to the platform and we never touch it. The management fee is determined by the number of campaigns, number of platforms, creative production needs, and reporting frequency. The entire spend stays in your own ad account and you can always see it.
Whose name is the ad account under?
Accounts are opened in your name and you own them; we access them as the manager. Even if we stop working together, the account, historical data and audiences stay with you. We recommend never accepting a setup where you don't own your own account.
What if conversion tracking isn't set up?
Then ad optimization is flying blind; the platform can't tell what actually turns into a sale and just chases clicks. That's why the first step is setting up conversion tracking correctly: form, phone and WhatsApp actions being tracked. We don't recommend increasing budget before tracking is in place.
